There are so many refreshing water-based activities on offer, from canoeing to kayaking, and from water skiing to swimming.
In the leisure areas at the lakes, reservoirs and rivers around Gaillac there’s a huge choice of ways to have watery fun. Why not try fishing, pedalo hire, stand-up paddle surfing, canoeing, or just taking a little dip? And if you’ve had enough of the water, then you’ll find tennis courts or mini-golf in the leisure parks too.
For an original in-town beach experience, head for ‘Rabastens plage’ in the summer. It’s an official urban swimming area. But please note that it operates without lifeguards.
